Proclaim to all nobles and gentles these present letters hearing or seeing, Gareth and Juliana, Rex et Regina of Sylvan AEthelmearc send humble and due recommendation. For so much as We have been informed by many persons of the tenacious nature of the Hounds of Hael. How the pack will hunt down their prey along any path, regardless of where that path might lead or how treacherous that path might be. Furthermore, We have had word brought to Us of the archery skills of Siobhan Readnait, Lady and marshal. Of how she travels Our Kingdom shooting on any range she might find. We therefore will and desire that, immediately after the hearing of these words, induct you into Our Noble Order of the Golden Alce and these Our letters shall be Our warrant to you of your new station.
