Kingdom of AEthelmearc - Award of Arms
Pay heed to the words of Maynard and Liadain, by grace and might King and Queen of AEthelmearc. It is the duty and the honor of the Crown to reward merit as it is due and so in recognition of the loyalty and service rendered, and of his quest for knowledge, by our subject Phoenius Von Valkenburg, We award unto him all rights to such arms as he shall register with the College of Arms so that in all places she may be numbered and counted among the nobles of this realm. Done the 14th day of September, AS 48 at Summer's End, in the Canton of Beau Fleuve.
