Unto all gentle and noble subjects unto whom these words shall come. We, Georg and Katarzina, Prince and Princess of Oertha, send unto you Our most heartfelt greetings. Wheras it has come to Our Notice the generous and chivalrous nature of one of Our subjects, We are moved to recognize and honor the courtesy and grace that has been given to Ourselves, Our Kingdom and subjects. It is Our pleasure to call forward Havoc atte Ree and award him with the following arms: Azure, two hawks respectant and a double-bitted axe inverted within a bordure dovetailed argent and bestow upon him all rights and responsibilities associated with nobility. Done by Our hands on the 23rd day of May, AS 33.
