O good people of the Western Region. Various are the traits that make a good noble. Rhys, by skill and might, King of the East and Elaina, Queen of beauty and grace, to Our trusty and welbeloved servant, Simonetta d'Alfassi, on the reading or hearing of Our receipt, greetings. We will and charge you, for your skill with the knife and spatula and your command in the kitchen and of the side board, set aside the life of the commoner and prepare yourself for nobilty as a Lady within Our Kingdom, for We will and desire to Award you Arms and award you the following Arms that you will bear from this day until the end of days: Argent, a coney rampant contourny maintaining a wooden longbow proper nocked with an arrow sable, a chief invected azure. And these Our letters shall be your warrant in this behalf. Given under Our Signet on the third day of March, in the 25th year of the Society, in Our Barony of the Rhydderich Hael, at the Festival of the Passing of the Ice Dragon.
