Kingdom of AEthelmearc - Award of Arms
Due honors to all who would see, hear or read these words. For as much as Our trusty and welbeloved Meg MacNeil has been seen in armor and under arms and has among other things reported to Us how Our enemies and adversaries are coming towards Our Realm to besiege it, We command that you keep your sword and shield about your person until such time that We have once again gathered Our army. That being said, We will and command that you take your place among and in the number of the Nobilty and thus do We Award you these arms, Per bend sinister azure and vert, a bend sinister and in dexter chief a sea-mew volant argent, so that you might strike terror in the hearts of those who wish harm to Ourselves and Our Realm. Thus is Our will made into law by the hands of Marcus, King by right of arms, and Marguerite, fearsome Queen in Her own right, at Heronter's 12th Night, the four and tenth day of Janurary, AS LI, in the Shire of Heronter.
