Due greetings to all good people of the land and know that We, Thomas Byron and Ariella, King and Queen of Sylvan AEthelmearc, wish peace unto all. Know ye that of Our special grace, certain skill, courtesy and ambition has come to Our notice. We are impressed by the hat making and service of Rhys Penbras Ap Dafydd that We are moved to affirm and award by these presents for Us, Our Heirs and successors, do affirm and award to Our trusty and welbeloved servant, Rhys Penbras Ap Dafydd, as mentioned above, such arms as shall be registered with Our College of Arms. And so that all shall know of Our will, he shall be known as Lord Rhys from henceforth. Witness Ourselves at Our final court, the 24th of September, AS 51, in Our Shire of Herontier.
