Come hear the words of Padraig and Juliana, 12th Baron and Baroness of the Rhydderich Hael, to our most beloved Cynwulf Rendell, of late our Captain of Archers and guiding hand of the Hounds of Hael. Since we have had consultation with the Hounds, and other archers of lessor reputation, with regard to the quantity and quality of service which you hath done for ourselves, our predecessors, our Canton, and our Barony, we are so moved to take action on this day and to name you as Captain of Archers Emeritus. In witness do we, Padraig and Juliana, the aforesaid Baron and Baroness, commit our hands to paper on this 24th day of August, at Summer's End, in our Canton of Beau Flueve.
