Right worshipful populace, right trusty and right welbeloved we great you well. And forasmuch as we be enformed by our Order that certain and divers maters of long time notice, to wit, of the skill of the blade and bow, of fencing, marshalling and shooting, that we are so moved and that we ask that you, our Order, in all goodly haste as ye may, welcome Katerin Starcke into the most Noble Order of the Dragons Combatant. Done by the hands of Carolus and Isolda, at the Great Court at Ice Dragon on this 21st day of March, AS 49, in the Barony of the Rhydderich Hael.
