Summon all warriors of Our Empire. There is one amongst your ranks who will not rest when he lays down his sword and shield. We have heard of the long and faithful service given to Our Empire and seen with Our own eyes the dedication he has to better Our lands. Thus We would admit Lord Daidalos Pagkration into the Noble Order of the Keystone with all rights and responsibilities attendant upon this rank, and the right to bear the badge of the Order. Done by the Hands of Khalek and Branwyn, Khan and Khatun of the Sylvan Empire of AEthelmearc, on this 8th day of December, AS 47, at Masked Ball, in the Barony of the Rhydderich Hael.
