As by the Grace of Heaven Marcus and Margerite, sovereigns of Sylvan AEthelmearc, to the Order, greeting. We will and command of you, Our Order, at the receipt of Our missive to deliver or cause to be delivered before Us Our welbeloved Fenna Rioux, Lady, in consideration of such service as she hath done unto Us and Shire, by graceful service, autocrating, retaining, and acclaim her over and above such accolade as she hath already, as a member of your Order. And these Our Letters shall be sufficient warrant in her behalf that this Keystone is given under Our Privie Seal, at the Æthelmearc Arts & Sciences Champions, 15th of October, Anno Societatis LI, in the Shire of Sunderoak.
Based on a Privy Seal Letter from Queen Elizabeth I to the Treasurer of the Exchequer for the payment of a certain sum to the person named therein
