No clue what award this image would be good for. 

This is a real image from a real, 14th Century manuscript. This is from Berlin, Staatsbibliothek, Ms. germ. fol. 244, fol. 142r.

No clue what it is supposed to be depicting: the manuscript is about astronomy and astrological signs. And this isn't the only boob check image in the manuscript.
