In the name of Magnus Tindal and Etain, basileos kai basilissa of AEthelemearc, peace be upon all who hears or sees these words. Wherefore let the generality of the present as well as the future subjects of Our Kingdom know a competition was held, between the finest throwers of our lands. Many axes, knives and spears where thrown but one did prevail against all others. We do confirm, therefore, this lawful promotion of {INSERT NAME HERE} to be the Thrown Weapons Champion of the Sylvan Kingdom of AEthelmearc and to Ourselves. And wishing this to remain valid unto all posterity, We forbid by edict that any one, with rash daring, infringe it, or in any way, attempt to violate it, and We validly corroborate this Our decree by the present privilege, signed by our hands, the witnesses being all who were in attendance at Hunter's Moon, the 3rd of October, AS 50.
