Let the ground shake and the mountains tremble at the words of the great Khan Khalek, inspired by the wisest under the Eternal Blue Sky, Branwyn, Khantun. All those upon the Sylan lands of AEthelmearc pay heed and know that the bearer of this document is entitled to wear Our insignia and shall act as Our Archery Champion where ever the sky covers the ground. Let Our wrath fall upon any who shall gainsay Us. Done on the 3rd day of the 3rd month of Our Reign, in the Year of the Dragon at Agincourt.
