Yes. The pale-blue wash does look nice. Don't know what I'm going to do about that inner border, though. I might leave it white or I might paint it some contrasting color, like green. The original image had it as blue, white and red. Time to let it dry: overnight that is. As a back log, I really have no time limit on the scroll, but, I think I can have it done so that it can be sent down to War to be signed and delivered to the waiting recipient.
