Peace to all who hear or see these words of Murdoch, King by Right of Arms, and Rioghnach, Our Fair Queen of the Arts. Greetings to all Peers, Nobles, and Commoners of Our domains. Be it known that we have witnessed with Our eyes the skills and knowledge of Our faithful and well-beloved subject, Ingvar Sviatoslavich, long has he served Our lands with his knowledge of the garb of the Khazars. So impressed are We that We award him entrance into Our Noble Order of the Sycamore, allowing him to bear the badge of the order, Fieldless, Three sycamore leaves conjoined in pall per pale gules and Or. Done by Our will this 12th day of July, AS60, at The Bog Three Day, in the Barony of St. Swithin’s Bog.
